Food and non-alcoholic drinks are fine to consume onboard as long as it’s not making a mess.
As we don’t have an alcohol licence, you cannot drink alcohol on our buses.
As per NZ law, smoking and vaping are not permitted on our buses.
We don’t have accessible buses for mobility impaired people, but our drivers can assist caregivers to get people onboard where we can, and mobility equipment can be stored underneath the bus in the lockers.
Most of our buses have drivecams facing both forwards and backwards inside the vehicle.
All of our buses have seatbelts
All our coaches (41 seats and upwards) have space for luggage below the bus as well as overhead storage for daypacks and smaller items.
Guide dogs or other support animals are allowed. Other animals may be allowed if discussed in advance. This on a case-by-case basis, as other people on the bus may be allergic or uncomfortable with animals on board.
We operate every day of the year, including all statutory holidays
We don’t do rentals or self drive/dry hire, all vehicles come with one of our trained and skilled drivers.
People can bring their own music to play on the bus. Cords and PA systems can be organised with us before the trip, just give us a call to discuss.
