To be a driver, you must have:
- A spotless driving history
- A ‘P’ on your driver’s licence
- Pass all relevant police checks
- Strong English communication skills
- Meet all legal and safety requirements under New Zealand transport law

You’ll be working with a supportive team who value punctuality, communication and a positive attitude. Shifts vary and may include charters, school runs, intercity connections or private hires — so flexibility is important. You’ll need to be confident behind the wheel, comfortable interacting with passengers, and able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
We offer full training on our fleet and safety procedures, and you’ll be backed by a management team who understand the demands of the job. For the right candidate, we can also assist with obtaining a passenger endorsement or refreshing industry-specific knowledge. A professional appearance, punctuality, and a commitment to customer service are essential.
